Want to learn more about the update? Here are some of our frequently asked questions:

  • You will need to update your application to the newest version, in order to access Online Banking. While this new version may look different, it still has all of the amazing features that you’re used to and has some new surprises!

  • The Transfer and Payment sections have been combined to create the Move Money page. The icon for this page is two arrows pointing in different directions and can be found in the menu. In the mobile app, open the menu by clicking the arrow on the bottom right of your screen. On your desktop computer, you’ll find the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

  • Your password, Face ID, and fingerprint may not be saved when you update the app. You will need to re-enter this information to your device. If you cannot remember your username or password, just click “Trouble signing in?” on the login page for mobile or desktop. This will send you to a page where you can send yourself your username or update your password.

  • These options have found a new home in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Find the icon to the right of the bell, and the dropdown menu will reveal these options.

  • Yes! Once you are logged in to either the mobile app or online banking, you are able to toggle the site between Spanish and English in the Settings tab. Click on your icon in the top right corner to locate the Settings menu, select Customization, and click “Espanol” under Language.

  • If a member does not make any changes to their account or have any activity on Mobile Banking within a certain timeframe, their account will be logged out automatically. This is a security measure to ensure your privacy. If the User Inactivity pop-up appears, you will have the option to “Stay Logged In” or “Log Out Now.” If you do not select one of these options within a certain time frame, your account will be logged out automatically.

  • The menu on the mobile app has moved and now opens from the bottom of the app. Once logged in, you will see Accounts, Money, and Cards listed at the bottom of your screen. To the right of this is an orange square with two arrows. When you click that square, more menu options will be available to you. To collapse this menu, simply click the orange square again.
